H10 Hotels opened on Monday, 1 December the first resort of its premium Adults-Only brand, Ocean Allure Caribbean Resorts. With this opening, the company takes a significant step in its commitment to the premium segment within its Caribbean hotel portfolio. The new resort, Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres, is aimed at guests seeking an exclusive experience, where every detail matters and holidays are designed for relaxation and wellbeing.

Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres is a newly built resort with 599 Suites, located on the beachfront of the stunning Costa Mujeres beach, just a few kilometres north of Cancún. The resort is perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings, a pristine environment with mangroves, tropical jungle and white-sand beaches. Its proximity to Cancún also provides easy access to the area's leisure and entertainment options.

All the suites at Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres are spacious and bright, with a contemporary design inspired by the marine environment. They are decorated in light tones using high-quality materials, with standout headboards featuring vibrant tapestries of women in a Caribbean setting.

The Suites are equipped with every amenity to ensure maximum relaxation and wellbeing. Among other features, they include a Smart TV with Chromecast, a complimentary minibar restocked daily, room service, and a full bathroom with a whirlpool bath and rain-effect shower. All Suites also feature eco-friendly Rituals dispensers and additional welcome amenities.

Among the accommodations, the Swim-Up Junior Suites stand out, located on the ground floor of the buildings and offering direct access to a pool from their terrace. Equally notable is the Privilege Master Suite Ocean Front, a spacious and exclusive suite with a King Size bed, where guests can wake up to magnificent sea views. These suites feature a headboard with a display of marine elements, a separate living room with a sofa bed, and a terrace with a jacuzzi.

Under the concept of Unlimited Culinary Experience, the resort offers a top-tier All-Inclusive dining experience without limits. The hotel has a total of eight restaurants, including a live international buffet, Corales buffet Restaurant; the beachfront restaurant Pez Dama; and an exclusive à la carte gourmet restaurant for Privilege guests.

In addition, there are five themed à la carte restaurants specialising in different types of cuisine: Bluemoon offers a romantic atmosphere with French cuisine; La Locanda serves Italian à la carte dishes; Margarita focuses on Mexican cuisine; Steak House is a modern space specialising in premium cuts of meat; and Sakura Teppanyaki provides an extensive Japanese Teppanyaki experience, complete with a terrace featuring a sushi bar.

The resort also features ten bars, some located on the rooftops with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. These are perfect spaces to enjoy signature cocktails in a relaxed setting—by the pool, on the hotel beach, in the impressive lobby, or with live music in the Piano Bar.

Additionally, 24-hour service is available for all guests, ensuring assistance at any time of day or night.

Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres has been designed for both relaxation and active fun. The facilities include two large main pools, a wave pool for surfing, a gentle lazy river, a bowling alley and games room, a 24-hour gym, and sports courts.

The resort also offers a comprehensive adult entertainment programme with daytime activities focused on wellbeing and physical activity, such as snorkelling and beach volleyball, as well as evening shows, live music, and themed nights.

The hotel features a state-of-the-art Despacio Spa Centre at the heart of the resort, dedicated to guests’ holistic wellbeing. The spa includes a water circuit, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and a 24-hour gym. There are also areas for personalised health and beauty treatments, both facial and body, as well as massage services.

The wellness offering is complemented by a beauty and hair salon, providing a complete experience— an ideal space for body and mind relaxation.

The hotel also offers the Privilege, Exclusive Rooms and Services feature, designed for guests seeking an extra level of exclusivity and a truly unique experience.
