I travel a lot but this was a first, I have been an H10 member going on 3 years. We tried Ocean El Faro for the first time, and it was great even though I had an accident on day 2 and that could have been the end to my vacation but it wasnt thanks to our amazing butler Braulio and the other great staff at the privilege pool Bewien, John and Justina, I felt cared for and appreciated their hospitality was great. Braulio went above and beyond the call of duty gave our group that personalized attention and was there at our every need, no matter what time of day or night. when I come back in the future, I will ask for him. He deserves to be recognized for his exemplary customer service.

The surroundings, the food and hospitality were great..The one thing that made our experience better was our butler Braulio. He gave our group that personalized attention and was there at our every need, no matter what time of day or night. when I come back in the future, I will ask for him. He deserves to be recognized for his exemplary customer service.

We recently stayed at Ocean El Faro Punta Cana and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities, great food options, and a brilliant atmosphere throughout the resort.
We upgraded to the Privilege service and it was absolutely worth it. Having access to exclusive areas, premium amenities, private dining options, and personalised service really elevated the holiday experience.
A special mention must go to our butler, Jose, who was exceptional throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He arranged all of our restaurant bookings, organised transport and pick-ups, and made sure everything ran smoothly every single day. His professionalism and attention to detail genuinely made the holiday stress-free and enjoyable.
Berwin at the pool bar was another standout member of staff. Always smiling, friendly, and incredibly attentive, he kept the drinks flowing all day and created a brilliant atmosphere around the pool. A real credit to the hotel.
We also had a wonderful experience at the Privilege Restaurant, where Yania provided excellent service. She was warm, attentive, and made every visit feel welcoming and special.
Overall, Ocean El Faro Punta Cana delivered an excellent all-inclusive experience with outstanding customer service. We would highly recommend the Privilege upgrade and would happily return again in the future.
