This resort was so amazing children friendly. Me and my family had a awesome time, the staff was friendly check in was quick and easy. The buffet was a 8/10 my little one went for pizza mostly every day but it was good to me. I love how the staff cleans up around the resort daily. The restaurant stake house was awesome I can eat that every night of my stay, in room dining wasn't so bad. Yes I will be back at this resort.

The best vacation we’ve had so far!!
Although the resort is huge, it is well designed: lobby first, then all the shops and restaurants, and finally all the rooms & suites.
We were spoiled with a gorgeous swim-up suite; the entire space was beautifully decorated, well maintained, and clean.
We also enjoyed terrific butler service from Alexander, attentive drink service from Justina, and the most welcoming atmosphere at the buffet from Johnny.
The warm, welcoming treatment from the staff, combined with the resort facilities created the best experience in paradise!!
We will most definitely come back!!

We just returned from our stay at Ocean El Faro. Beautiful resort. All of the workers there are very friendly. We had great service and very good food. We were in the privilege section and our butler, Joel Mejia, was amazing. He did an outstanding job!
