He is very sociable, kind, attentive and the best customer care in the Rivera Maya. Carlos is great and know how to make you feel special and is very caring. Carlos went above and beyond to make our stay here to living the dream. This is my 5x here and had Carlos as my butler 3x, he has went out of his way to get my sister flowers and so a use a vase. Continues to check up to make sure we are have a great time and if we needed anything at all.

We just visited the Coral & Turquesa with some friends. Staff was wonderful. We greatly appreciated our butler Jorge, the pool guys Jose Lopez, & Enrique in El Beso/privilege. Ricardo made sure our drinks were full and we were having a good time along with the entertainment staff. The privilege lounge staff is top notch, to many to name but Eduardo, Jesus (makes the best drinks), Emanuel.
