Nice resort ! We are in the El Beso part of the resort which is adults only. Unfortunately that is ending in April, so we likely won't be back. In April the adults only becomes Privilege, which adds considerably to the cost. The resort does seem family friendly. The other pools look great. The staff are wonderful. The ala carte restaurants are ok. Any meat dish seems to be overcooked and tough to cut and eat.
As for the beach, unfortunately this spot is prone to Seaweed ( sargassum) and is stony, so if you're looking for a great beach , this isn't it.
We have enjoyed our stay. We wish they would continue with the El Beso because that is why we booked but otherwise it is a decent resort.

Diego our waiter at Ritrallo of Italia was excellent, he provided great service with a smile. The food was above average for an all inclusive property. The cannoli and Baileys was a perfect ending to our dinning experience. Thank you Diego for adding to our wonderful evening.
