Dollar for dollar the ABSOLUTE BEST resort we have been to in over 20 years of travelling in the Caribbean. With over 25 visits to Mexico as well, this resort is an absolute SOLID 4.5! Grounds are very well kept. Service is excellent. Staff are great and the food and choices were fantastic. We chose to stay at the El Beso side ( Adults Only ) but we found ourselves enjoying the ambience at the main pool on the family side. As well as the entertainment on that side as well. It was great to head back to the adult side and enjoy a few more perks, but honestly even without them we would not have been disappointed. Mexico tends to be a bit ahead in terms of customer service and they definitely provided that! Upon Check-in ( which was quick and simple) we were given a room upgrade to Ocean Front for our 27th Anniversary. Also while we were there, they also dropped off a nice bottle of wine and some chocolate covered strawberries. All we did was simply answer the front desk when they asked us if we were there celebrating anything especial and they went above and beyond to show us they cared and that genuinely want to make your stay special! I have run out of words to say for this resort, but I will finish with I highly recommend this resort. You will not be disappointed! To the staff and personnel at the resort I would just like to say thank you so much for making our stay so special and enjoyable.

Stayed four nights for anniversary, chose the Royal Master suite on the Privilege package, the privilege amenities made things much easier, our concierge, Luis, was very attentive to all our needs and made reservation arrangements for us every night, he was reachable on WhatsApp and was always attentive and quick to respond to every need and question also access to the Privilege lounge and restaurant is a great perk. We did not use any of the other privilege amenities since we stayed on the beach most the time. The resort itself is aged but very well kept, all the staff starting from the receptionist at the front desk to maintenance and restaurant staff are very friendly and polite. A special recognition and thanks to Luis, our concierge, Humberto and Miguel at the Blue Moon restaurant an Antonio at the main pool that was very attentive and made sure we stayed hydrated the whole time we were at the beach. We would definitely stay here again and I would make an effort to go with another privilege package, its definitely worth it to me

WE had an Excellent vacation at this resort, have been here many times and basically consider it home away from home. Our Butler, Carlos (Charlie) takes excellent care of us, checking in regularly thru the day. Jose and Claudia at the quiet pool also are very accommodating. The Privelege stall and Freddy at the El Beso pool all make us feel like family. Will be back soon!!

Not long back from an amazing 2 weeks in Mexico. I can genuinely say this is the best holiday we have had in years! The hotel was fantastic and had something for all the family (15, 12 & 5 year old kids included). From check in to check out the staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. On check in we didn’t have adjoining rooms as requested however the staff soon fixed that and put us in rooms next door to each other which was peace of mind to have the older kids in the next room. We spent virtually the whole holiday around the daisy club pool due to the little one. There was plenty of sun beds available with shade each day. The staff at the daisy club bar were brilliant and a special shout out to the daisy club girls who were amazing with our little one. So much so he kept asking to go back in each day (which was great to get him out the midday sun). The whole hotel was exceptionally clean and the rooms were of a good standard. A few tired bit in the rooms but nothing that was to worry about. Food in the hotel was great and there was a varied menu. Booking a table through the app was also really easy to do. All in all a fantastic holiday at an amazing hotel. I’m sure we’ll be back at some point but there’s lots of other places in the world to visit first!
