We had the most incredible stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa in Cancun, Mexico! The resort offered such a relaxed, luxurious vibe, and we especially loved the adults-only El Beso sectionit was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. Our personal butler, Luis, went above and beyondhe made sure everything was seamless and truly special. The resort had daily activities like cooking and cocktail classes that kept us engaged. The buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of American and traditional Mexican dishesthere was something for everyone. While we traveled as a couple, they also have a wonderful childrens program, so its perfect for families as well. The food was outstandingour favorites were the Japanese Sensei, the Italian restaurant, and the Mexican restaurant. Every bite was delicious! We cant wait to return.

We stayed at the Ocean Coral January 26 till February 10. Our experience at this resort was very good. The rooms, restaurants, bars, and activities all met our expectations. We were a group of 12 people. Biggest disappointment was the Super Bowl Party. They wanted to charge you extra money in US funds to watch the Super Bowl. If you did not pay to watch the game they said to watch it in your room. We paid good money for this vacation and we all expected to watch the Super Bowl at this resort as we have watched several Super Bowls at other resorts and with No Charge. There were many guests at this hotel that also were very dissatisfied with the Super Bowl party.

Excellent views. Food was mid but plentiful with decent variety. Not a fan of the segregation by colored wrist bands. Probably 3

Upgrade to El Beso to avoid kids. No issues with hot water, shower was great. Didn't see advantage of Privilege - you get access to an additional restaurant and a dedicated butler to help you do things. Access levels are determined by colored wrist band which also serves as room key. It's attached to your arm the entire stay and cannot be removed except at checkout. Leave a $1 tip for every drink. Leave daily $2 for housekeeping. Leave $2 for restaurant servers. Smallest MXN peso is 20 so you could leave that as it's cost to a dollar currently. Lobby had ATM that only gives USD. Bring smaller bills or constantly ask bartenders and bellhops for change. Download H10 app and be logged in at 10 am to reserve restaurants. Even then you won't get 6 pm dinner at the Mexican restaurant but probably would with the Privilege butler reserving for you. Save a towel from the previous day to help you claim beach chairs. You have to get to the beach by 7 am to claim chairs. Then go have breakfast and return. Use beach towels clips that you bring to hold towels to chairs, they didn't sell them. Be careful drinking Margaritas with salt as it will quickly wreck havoc on your lips and digestive system. Lots of trash pandas (racoons )who will walk up to you. Don't feed them.
