We enjoyed our stay except it was confusing when we first arrived at the resort as their are different levels of reservations which dictate where you can sit at the pools and also which licquor you are allowed to drink. Marco with his drink making skills and Hilda with her excellent customer service skills really helped to make our stay special. Also thanks to the resort for making my birthday special.

Great time at this resort

We had a wonderful experience at the resort. Tania assisted with our check in and that was so smooth and easy. We did upgrade to privilege services.
Claudia was our butler and she was fabulous. She completed reservations for our stay, handled the few room requests we had. Best of all she would find us every day just to say hi and make sure everything was good.
The privilege lounge was amazing. Miquel,Jesus,asan were all so friendly and great. A note everyone in the lounge was great. We had many meals there and enjoyed each one.
We did utilize the privilege pool area in El Besa and the experience was wonderful. Jose and Enrique were top notch.
Restaurants were good,the resort is clean and all staff are friendly.

The resort is great, beach is terrible

Restaurants are impossible to book because Privlage people book them all before 10 o'clock and the beach is terrible, otherwise the resort is absolutely great the staff and people are wonderful, food is great we've been there 5 times now, just wish they could do something with the beach
