We arrived late in the evening February 27, for a 2 week stay, we were greeted, as most people are, with smiles and extreme kindness.
Went to the Privilege desk and did our check in, everything was great, but then having the checkin staff actually remembering us was an amazing feeling after a delayed flight and arriving late, it was a fantastic start to our vacation.
Yesenia Ramos from H10 assigned us Alberto as our butler and ensured that we received all the things we had requested as per normal. There are no words to express how we feel towards her, from her smile, to always being around to help.
We were taken to our room and our suitcases arrived shortly after, which was great as we needed to find a restaurant to grab a bite and retire for the night.
The next day was pretty normal, until we meet the staff at the Privilege lounge and felt so welcome, this group of people are absolutely amazing, many remember us from past years and a few new ones, but the service at breakfast and lunch was without a doubt impeccable.
We then meet our butler Alberto. What can we say about Albertos dedication and attention he gave us. We never had to ask for anything, he is always one step ahead, from the diners to ensuring every single day our every need was meet. We have had butlers at several other Resorts, he was the best we have had in Mexico, thank you Alberto for you kind heart, the flowers, the chocolates, getting me medicine and for others things I am sure I am forgetting, we will forever be grateful that Yesenia put you as our butler and for all you did.
I could go on forever about our experience this time, it I will say it was the best we have had over the years

From the hostess Idali to our unforgettable Xavier(the captain), he found out I can only eat goat cheese and made sure I always had some(went there just especially for that), also Luis always knew what drinks to get us, but I must say the buffet was amazing
