We have just returned from a wonderful 7-day family vacation at this hotel, and we had an amazing experience.
First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff. Behind a hotel like this is a team of hardworking people who do everything they can to make their guests feel comfortable and enjoy a memorable vacation. A big thank you to the towel attendants, the buffet staff, the chefs, the housekeeping team, and everyone else who works so hard every day. Your dedication truly deserves recognition.
The food was absolutely outstanding. The buffets offered an incredible variety of delicious dishes from many different cultures. Honestly, we never even felt the need to book one of the la carte restaurants because the buffet was so good.
We also loved the pools, and the daily entertainment, both indoors and outdoors, was fantastic. The atmosphere throughout the resort was wonderful. Every employee we met was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Alex for the warm welcome.
I only have a few small suggestions. There are quite a few areas reserved for Exclusive guests, which sometimes leaves less space for other guests to enjoy. My daughter was also very disappointed to learn that the crpe restaurant was adults-only. She even cried because we didnt know about this in advance. The beds could also be a little more comfortable.
We also had to wait almost three hours for our luggage after arriving. Traveling with children, this was not an easy situation.
The only real negative experience was the presentation of the Exclusive membership. The day after we arrived, we were invited to attend a presentation. I completely understand that the hotel wants to introduce this program, and I actually think its a great idea. However, we were not ready to make a decision right away. We felt like we had to justify why we werent interested, even though that is a personal decision. When we politely explained that we wanted to think about it and might consider it during a future stay, the manager conducting the presentation unfortunately became unfriendly. That was disappointing because all we wanted was to enjoy a relaxing family vacation. A more respectful approach would have left a much better impression.
Despite this, it does not take away from the overall quality of this hotel. We happily give it 5 stars.
We will definitely come back, and we also hope to visit your hotel in Spain someday, as it is close to my home country.
