Absolutely amazing Best vacation Ive had thus far

My FAVORITE Resort for 10 years

This was my 10th trip to this resort. It is by far my favorite. The food, pools, bars and restaurants are fantastic. The lobby bar is the best. Alexander, Santiago and the waitress staff are the best. It always great to see Edwin Jose Ferreras Calderon. He always makes it a points to stop a few times during my 10 day stays to say hello and to catch up with me and our families. The beach bar Lady Bartender always looks at me and says "Papa you are back" The rooms are okay, but my room 4317 is very dated looking. I do not mind because I only sleep and shower there. Then there is my favorite waitress Jorgelina, she has a table ready for me for breakfast daily. For 3 years now, she has given me a special gift to take home.

Don't let the negative reviews fool you a fantastic experience!

I arrived at this hotel with some doubts due to several negative reviews I had read online, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Everything exceeded my expectations. Staff and Service: The entire staff is wonderful and friendly, from check-in to check-out. I would especially like to praise Emely from the Prestige department and her manager. Even though we didn't purchase a Prestige package, they were incredibly helpful, assisted us with restaurant reservations, and even granted us a complimentary late check-out. I usually avoid naming every staff member to keep the review authentic, but I must mention Jezus from the restaurants he adds at least +50% to the overall dining experience! The "Upselling" Myth: Many comments mentioned pushy staff trying to sell extra services. This is simply not true. Like anywhere else, they are interested in offering their services, but if you decline a couple of times, they don't bother you again. We didn't have a special package and felt we had everything we needed. Room and Food: The room was large, spacious, and kept very clean. The minibar was restocked daily, and there was always plenty of water. The food variety is massive and delicious. For breakfast alone, you are greeted with red and black caviar, salmon, and champagne (Im attaching a photo so you can see theres no shortage of options from 7 AM!). There is self-serve ice cream all day, and from 6 PM, a high-end ice cream parlor opens. There's also a dedicated coffee shop with many types of coffee and a natural juice bar with fresh fruit. We also didn't face the issues others mentioned regarding restaurant availability we got into every place we wanted; a short wait is never a big deal. Drinks and Bars: I found very little information about alcohol in previous reviews, so for those interested: the drinks are excellent. They offer various whiskies (Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, J&B, Red Label, etc.), about 8 types of tequila, vodkas (Absolut, Skyy), gin, martini, and plenty of cocktails. Bars are everywhere by the pool, in the pool, on the beach, at the theater, and in the restaurants. Everything is plentiful and generously served. Beach: In my opinion, the beach right by the hotel is the best in the area. We walked several kilometers in both directions, and our hotels stretch of sand seemed the most beautiful. I am writing this long review simply because I dont want people to get the wrong impression from negative comments. Everything was excellent!

Great entertainment and resort

It was a great resort. I had no issues the entire vacation and loved it. The entertainment was the best and there were lots of games. Happy Boy, LeBron, and the whole entertainment team made the trip much better.
