Ocean Maya Royale, Riviera Maya

We love the entertainment staff at this resort Kendell made our time here so memorable. His high non stop energy is contagious , from the dancing at the pool to the painting class or making tie dye tshirts at the pool he was funny and fabulous, we will be back. Thank you Kendall and Ocean staff.

WE loved the team and Ocean Maya. Everyone is so enthusiastic and made the stay so enjoyable. The staff remembered my name after meeting them once. The games during the day were amazing and fun and it continued into the night. Shout out to Viri Oswyn Suzie and Kendel for always making us feel like family.

Asolutely fabulous. Great quality food with flvours from around the world and a brilliant wide selection. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds and pillow selection to suit all needs. Only downside there wasnt a full length mirror in our room. (its a woman thing) A massive selection of drinks mainly branded and the house wines some of the best we have had at an allinclusive resort. There is entertainment throughout the day to keep everyone contented and carrys on at night so diverse from live bands to blacl jack. The staff are amazing in all departments and a credit to the hotel. A special mention to Kenndall hope your hip gets better soon you are the life and soul around the pool. Also a big thankyou to Pilar the Mayan night was amazing and the food subline. Thankyou also for booking the Blue Moon resteraunt on the night of our 40th wedding anniversary the best setting for such an occasion. Hopefully see you all soon Mike & Di

Just got back from 10 days in OMR, it was our first time in Mexico and thanks to the resort and the staff it wont be our last. Nothing is ever too much, always there to help. The resort itself is beautiful and authentic, not overly flashy and modern like some which makes it even more special. Everywhere from the public areas, rooms, lobby, gym etc were immaculate the whole time and I noticed they have teams working round the pool and throughout the site 24/7 to keep it in the best shape. The gym was the most equipped Ive seen in a hotel, small but has everything you would need. Shoutouts to the experience team, we done a few things during the day such as games at the party pool with Alejandro and team, wine tasting with two young ladies I cant remember their names and the guy running it - it was great! Also Spanish lessons with the lovely Viri who always had a smile on her face and stopped for a chat! Kendal of course making everyone smile everyday, even just over hearing his conversations made me laugh hes fantastic! The bar team were fantastic and always fun to chat with, I only remember Jony by name but they were all great. The coffee shop is a perfect addition, went every morning before breakfast and the lady Zury doesnt seem to stop she deserves all the recognition, always had a smile on her face! Margarita is the one for your excursions, always smiling joking and laughing she is great! Lovely woman. If you want to chill out and not do anything theres the beach or the quiet pool, if you want to get a bit tipsy and have a good time the party pooo goes all day. Overall a brilliant resort and would highly highly recommend. Thanks so much for the best holiday!
